Important Information Regarding Our Ticket Sales and Concerts - Please Read!
All ticket sales are final.
If you provide a valid email address, a confirmation notice will be sent after your order is processed. You may also print the confirmation page at the end of the transaction. Please bring this confirmation to the concert as it may expedite the ticket distribution process.
Tickets will be available for pick-up at the door two (2) hours before the concert begins. Tickets are filed by the name on the order form, along with the unique order number. If you are purchasing tickets for someone else or decide to allow someone else to attend in your absence, please make sure they have the order confirmation or your name and order number.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and none of the information you submit is shared with outside parties. We record attendance information for the sole purpose of keeping you aware of what's going on with Concerts at Mt. Horeb. Your credit card transactions are securely processed directly with the service provider and none of that information passes through our local applications or databases.
All seating is general admission.
General seating for all concerts will begin 30 minutes prior to the concert. Priority seating for Friends of Music members will begin 15 minutes prior to general seating.
In the interest of providing a quality experience for all our guests, these concerts are recommended for ages five (5) and above. Only ticket holders will be admitted to the concert.
Nursery facilities are not available.
No video or audio recordings of concerts are allowed.
